Summary: The accommodations were great and location to sporting events were great I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with airport shuttle which was a big plus!!.

Summary: Got there at 3:30 and there was a line out the door for check in. The front desk said my room would be ready in 20-30 minutes and gave me parking pass. Parking lot was almost full already and people were parking everywhere (not in spots). 45 minutes later my room still wasn’t ready and the line for check in was 4x as long. I ended up leaving my luggage in the car and going to the game. Didn’t get into my room till after the game after 10pm.

Summary: We had a wonderful one night stay at the hotel. The only confusion were a couple of signs. When I arrived, I was going to park the car and just come in with my bags, but the sign for parking seemed to indicate there was something for valet. So I ended up parking up front, to go inside and see where I could park my car. They indicated I could park anywhere as they don't have valet anyway. So that sign could be updated :) Also, the sign at the front desk indicates check in is at 4, but everything I received via email said 3:00. We arrived at 3:30 and got in our room, so I'm not sure which time it really is. But all in all, that's super minor! Great hotel. We love the uniqueness of the round building, the view of the city was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our things. We were in town for a concert at Wells Fargo Center, and it wasn't too far of a walk to get to. Very pleasant. The diner across the street is tops as well!

Summary: In general, all attenders are awesome and very prompt to help, but I would like to highlight Ashley; she helped me a lot during the stays, always going beyond to support and make my stays better than they were.

Summary: It was an amazing experience, all the front desk staff were very nice, even the room attendant was super kind and helped us to open the door as I was having hard time to do it. I will definitely will come back.

Summary: we received a confirmation email stating check in was at 3pm upon arrival at 4:20 we were told check in was 4:00 but our room was not yet ready - at 4:50 we got our room- perhaps they are short staffed or understaffed for a sold out hotel but it was quite confusing and frustrating
